E-Signature Installation Process

In order to actively use the e-signature device, the installation steps outlined below must be completed in full.

1. Inserting the SIM Card into the USB Device

Before starting to use the e-signature:

• The SIM card delivered with the e-signature USB device must be inserted into the device.

• Ensure that the SIM card is properly placed.

• Before connecting the USB device to the computer, verify that the SIM card is correctly positioned.

2. Installation of Required Software

After inserting the SIM card, the following programs must be downloaded and installed in the specified order.

Please download and install the EBYS Client, Java, and E-Signature Driver applications from the link provided below on your Windows operating system computer.

3. Installation Verification

After completing all installation steps:

• Connect the USB device to the computer.

• Verify that the e-signature is active by performing a test signing process through the EBYS system.

If any errors occur during installation or usage, please contact the IT Department.
 

4. PIN Lock Creation / Reset Process

Before the first use of the e-signature, or in case the PIN code is entered incorrectly three (3) times, a PIN lock creation or reset process must be performed.
