nstitutional Email Service Information

At Alanya University, the institutional email service is provided through the Microsoft Outlook infrastructure.

In order to use the email service, an institutional account must be created and assigned to you.

First-time users are required to create a password during their initial login. If you have previously created a Microsoft or Microsoft Teams password, you may use the same password to sign in.

You can access your institutional email account by logging in through the following link:

Announcements regarding students’ email addresses and initial login credentials are made through the University’s official communication channels.

If you forget your password, you can initiate the password reset process by selecting the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen.
