As the Information Technology Department, our mission is to design, operate, and continuously improve all information technology infrastructure supporting our university's education, research and development, and administrative activities in a secure, uninterrupted, sustainable, and high-performance manner.
In this regard,
it is our fundamental responsibility to ensure the accessibility and continuity of the network infrastructure, server systems, data centers, enterprise software, automation systems, email services, web services, and digital platforms used within our university; to provide technical support based on a service approach focused on user satisfaction; and to carry out all information technology processes in accordance with national and international standards.
It is an integral part of our mission to promote a culture of information security based on the principles of confidentiality, integrity, and availability in order to protect information assets; to take proactive measures against cyber threats; to develop backup and disaster recovery solutions that prevent data loss; and to minimize corporate risks.
